Sammy P came from Tameside and Glossop RSPCA. She had spent several weeks with them and no-one wanted her. They had found her in a house with lots of other cats and she was semi-feral. The reason I called her Sammy was that the workers at the centre thought she was a male! They managed to get her into a basket and up she came. It wasn't very long before I released that Sammy he was in fact a she!! So off she went to the vet. Sammy is a young cat and has adapted very well to the environment at Diggle. I still find it difficult to handle her and she likes to do her own thing. Most of the time she spends in the garden.
Hopefully, she will be with me for many years to come.
