Unfortunately, I have not got a photograph of Milly. She was rescued by The Cats Action Trust from a mill in Oldham. She was part of a feral colony. The mill had a new owner and he ordered the cats to be shot! Milly was a beautiful tabby cat but like all the other ferals it was difficult to get near her, however she would come up to you and poke you which was very painful as she always had her claws out!
I never knew how old she was but she was only with me several months and I unfortunately found her dead in the stables. She was buried with full military honours in her beloved garden. Sleep tight little Milly, no-one can shoot you now!
