Mavis an adorable little cat was brought to the vet by a man in Oldham who had found her. He kept her for two weeks and spent some time making enquiries to see if someone in the area owned her. However, it was to no avail and since he intended getting a dog, he brought her into the vet. When Mavis tested negative, I was contacted to see if I had room at Diggle. I took Mavis up and kept her in the large cage for two days so that she could get used to the other cats. No, no, no! Our Mavis would not settle and so she came home with me where she settled very well!!! Mavis had a severe mouth problem and needed a dental. It was when I took Mavis to have her dental that I heard the story of Skippy. Mavis had her dental and her mouth problem has now cleared.
